Die Stiftung Wolfbrunnen in Lausen f\u00fchrte eine Wohngruppe und Schule f\u00fcr weibliche Jugendliche und junge Frauen. Und der \u00d6kumenische Verein Wohnsiedlung Claragraben war Eigent\u00fcmer einer f\u00fcr Wohnbegleitung genutzten Liegenschaft in Basel.<\/p>\n<p>In einem ersten Schritt schufen die Initianten durch die \u00dcbergabe der beiden operativen Betriebe an die gemeinn\u00fctzige <a href=\"https:\/\/aufberg.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heime auf Berg AG (HABAG)<\/a> in der Region Basel eine kantons\u00fcbergreifende Tr\u00e4gerschaft. Diese bietet eine professionelle und hochwertige Wohnbegleitung an und leistet damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Sicherung des Angebots f\u00fcr Frauen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Zusammenschluss der drei Institutionen mit mehreren Liegenschaften (Stiftung Wegwarte, Stiftung Wolfbrunnen, \u00d6kumenischer Verein Wohnsiedlung Claragraben) in der Stiftung Casallegra erm\u00f6glichte in einem zweiten Schritt, die Liegenschaften professionell und aus einer Hand zu betreuen.
